The tub earns its rating; the company is the asterisk. Trustpilot and BBB carry a well-documented pattern of complaints: unanswered support tickets, months-long refund sagas, incomplete orders, and replacement parts that never materialize — alongside plenty of happy buyers whose orders simply arrived fine. Their powered chiller bundle exists but the same service pattern makes a $1,000+ order a harder bet than an $89 one. Buy the cheap pod with eyes open, treat the warranty as theoretical, and you'll probably be satisfied; expect Cryospring-grade support and you won't be.
